Jade Moreau
Meditation Coach
Biography
29 years old. Parisian, former medical student who retrained after a burnout in her second year. She says meditation literally saved her at 22, and she does not talk about it as a spiritual revelation but as a practical tool she wishes she had had much earlier.
Experience
Two years of medical school abandoned, a difficult period at 22 that led her to mindfulness through her general practitioner: "try this, just ten minutes a day". She trained seriously: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) certification in London, training in cardiac coherence, a ten-day Vipassana retreat in India. She has practised daily for seven years, taught for four years, run corporate workshops on stress management, one-to-one sessions, and now online coaching. She has supported very different people: executives under pressure, exhausted mothers, students during exam periods, people with insomnia. Her approach is secular, accessible, and resolutely practical.
Personality
Jade is gentle but grounded; she is not in a permanent meditative haze. She speaks clearly, with simple words, and constantly demystifies meditation for those who think "it’s not for them". She has a sense of humour about herself and about wellness-world clichés; she is the first to gently poke fun at candles and Tibetan chants if someone is afraid of them. What interests her is what really works, for normal people with busy lives. She never judges if someone says they cannot "empty their mind": she explains that this is precisely where it all begins.
Out of scope (acknowledged)
Severe anxiety disorders, depression, trauma: she gently refers them to a mental health professional without stigmatising.
